ECOM ALPHA SOLUTIONS LLC is the owner or licensee of the Goecomspy.com platform. Goecomspy.com is a software as a service (SaaS) that makes available millions of ads and placements from social networks. Additionally, customers can explore trending products and keywords. It is a business intelligence solution that enables you to spy on marketing strategies worldwide.

Cancellation & Refund

All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

Pricing

Prices are quoted in US dollars and include all taxes. We may modify prices at any time, but you will be informed if these modifications concern you. You are responsible for any telecommunication costs incurred in accessing Goecomspy.com websites.

Automatic Renewal

Depending on the type of subscription you have taken out, payable either monthly or annually, your subscription is renewed every 30 days or every year (365 days). To avoid being billed again on the renewal date, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours in advance. You agree that if you no longer require the service, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription. We cannot be held responsible if you forget to cancel your subscription.

Payment

Payments are made immediately after the order has been placed. Secure online payments by credit card are made by our payment processor. The information transmitted is encrypted and cannot be read during transport on the network. Once payment has been initiated, the transaction is immediately debited once the information has been verified. In accordance with the laws of the United States, once payment is initiated, the commitment to pay using the provided card is irrevocable. By providing your bank details at the time of sale, you authorize us to debit your card for the amount relating to the price indicated. You confirm that you are the legal holder of the card to be debited and that you are legally authorized to use it. In the event of an error, or if it is impossible to debit the card, the sale will be canceled immediately.

Cancellation of subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time to end all future payments. After canceling your subscription, you will be able to access Goecomspy.com until the end of your current period (monthly or annual). For example: - If you have an annual subscription and cancel it 4 months after your initial payment, you will have access to the tool and all the features included in your plan for the next 8 months. - If you have a monthly subscription and cancel it 20 days after your initial payment, you will have access to the tool and all the features included in your plan for the next 10 days. - If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing period and no longer wish to use the tool, we will not refund the remaining days of your billing period.

Account Registration

In order to access or use certain features of the Services, you will be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and at other times when you use the Services and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to maintain accounts or provide services to any person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if information provided during the registration process or at other times proves to be inaccurate, not current, incomplete or fraudulent.
